We hope you are very happy with your order. If you feel you need to return it we will happily offer you a credit note within 30 days of delivery. Damaged or faulty items will qualify for a full refund within 7 days of return.
Damages and shortages should be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
We are unable to offer a credit note or refund for veterinary medicines including flea treatments and wormers, used food and opened bags.
Goods remain the property of Newman pet supplies until paid for in full.
